Toyota's Prius received the biggest tax break of $3,150, but the world's biggest hybrid maker has reached the 60,000-hybrid-sales limit set by Congress in legislation that gave income tax breaks for hybrid cars. "The cap should be raised for us to allow us to expand," Jim Press, president of Toyota Motor North America, said.
